ARC & Review Campaigns
Advance copies into the hands of readers who actually leave reviews.
- Free consultation
- A written quote, specific to your book
- You keep full ownership
An advance reader copy campaign puts your book in front of real readers before launch, so the book does not go live with an empty review section. We recruit readers, track who received a copy, and follow up, while keeping within the rules each platform sets for reviews.
We run review campaigns for authors in Chicago and across the United States.
A simple 6-step process that keeps your book moving forward

Step 01
Discovery
We start by understanding your idea, goals, audience, and the stage you are currently at.

Step 02
Planning
The structure, content, and overall approach are organized so everything has clarity from the beginning.

Step 03
Strategy
We create a clear direction for your project, including the right service recommendations and a practical roadmap.

Step 04
Creation
We begin the writing, development, editing, or design work based on your project needs.

Step 05
Refinement
The work is polished, reviewed, and prepared to meet professional publishing standards.

Step 06
Publishing & Growth
Once the work is ready, we guide you toward publishing, presentation, and the next steps for author growth.
We recruit readers, track who received a copy, and follow up, while keeping within the rules each platform sets for reviews.
Before we start
Give the right readers a reason to pay attention. Good arc & review campaigns starts with the decisions behind the work. Here is what to think about, what to prepare, and how to make your reviews more useful.
Readers are out there.
Let them find you.
Make the audience specific
It is hard to write a useful message for everyone. Name the reader's interests, questions, or problems, then explain why this book belongs in their life. A good marketing brief starts with that connection, not with a list of channels.
Build one consistent destination
A reader who discovers your book should understand it quickly. The description, the author introduction, the cover, and the next step should all agree. An author website or a single landing page brings those pieces together.
Learn from real responses
Choose measurements that match the activity: visits, sign-ups, replies, reviews, or attributable sales. Look at what readers respond to and adjust. Outreach creates opportunities; coverage, reviews, rankings, and sales cannot be promised.
Come with an idea. Leave with a clear direction.
Bring your current material, your intended readers, a few references you like, and any deadline that matters. We will talk through the work and confirm what belongs in your scope.
Everything you need to know
Common questions about arc & review campaigns.
Are the reviews guaranteed?
No. Readers receive a free copy and are asked for an honest review. Some will not post, and that is how it has to work. We recruit enough readers to account for that.
Is this allowed by Amazon?
Advance copies in exchange for honest reviews are allowed when done properly, with the right disclosure and without payment for reviews. We follow those rules.
Do I need printed copies?
Usually not. Most ARC campaigns use digital copies. Print copies can be used for selected readers if you prefer.
When should the campaign start?
Four to eight weeks before launch gives readers time to read and post. For an already-published book we can start at any time.
What happens after you get in touch
Three steps, and nothing starts until you have seen a plan in writing.
A consultant reads it
A publishing consultant looks at what you sent and gets back to you within one business day.
A free consultation
A call about your book, your goals and where it stands. No pressure to commit on the call.
A written plan and quote
What your book needs and in what order, with a quote in writing, specific to your book, before anything starts.
